About the Association
Protecting football representation standards and driving transparency in Nigeria's professional football landscape.
Established to Set Benchmarks in Football Governance
The Association of Nigeria FIFA Licensed Football Agents (ANFLA) is the sole professional regulatory body recognized locally representing accredited agents. Our existence is grounded in ensuring that FIFA licensed agents perform services under international standards of transparency, integrity, and dual-representation restrictions.
Before the consolidation of licensing, the Nigerian transfer landscape suffered from unauthorized scouting operations, loss of training compensation, and poor advocacy. ANFLA was established to resolve these gaps, providing legal guidance, continuing professional development, and structured dispute resolution for all registered members.
Constitutional Objectives
We operate under a clear charter designed to advance the professional status of player representatives and local youth clubs.
Safeguard member interests and provide a unified voice in football negotiations.
Promote continuous education and ensure compliance with FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR).
Partner with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to eliminate uncertified agents.
Form global partnerships with leading agencies and governing bodies.
Promote youth academy protection, securing training compensation and solidarity payouts.
Provide mediation and dispute resolution guidance for players and agents.
